Thats the best thing you can do for your friend and thats to just be there for him and help him when you can. I think no one should tell the little brother due to the fact it is not any ones place to tell him, the only one who has a right to tell him is his older brother the one who is having the trouble. -

The little brother might end up trying drugs anyway, whether he knows his big brother does them or not. Hey, I had nobody in my family that used drugs, but I some how ended up on the bong in high school anyway
