    I am the same way and I can relate to that. I agree with you in that the physical body can be seen with the evidence of death, but our energies go on. It is really scary, but I hope that in the end, we are all reconnected.

    i am very scared to lose my partner and anyone close to me really. there are times when i'll get up in the middle of the night to recheck to see if my kids are breathing.
